Pre-paid IT Support
agreements
WCS offers computer maintenance and
support agreements, and our rates will vary
depending on the size of the business and the
level of computer services required. It
typically will average 4 hours per month of
pre-paid support over a 12 month period. This is
sufficient for small offices of 5 or less staff
and includes on-site preventive maintenance
visits, IT Support Line facility and remote
monitoring & support of the systems.
Ad-hoc IT Support
Plans
Affordable hourly fees are also available for
the businesses that prefer to have
IT support services on a more casual basis and
as required.
